Who we are

This site is run by Game4i. For any question about your data, write to hello@game4i.com.

What we collect

When you book a seat: your name, e-mail, the number of seats, and optionally your phone number and a comment.

When you send a request: your name, e-mail, the message, and optionally your phone number, company and group size.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Revolut on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details. Revolut receives your name and e-mail to issue the receipt.

Why we use it

To confirm your booking, to send you the details of the event, to answer your request, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Requests are deleted when the conversation is over, unless they become an agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@game4i.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of Cyprus.
