Terms of sale for event tickets

1. Who sells the tickets

GAME4INVESTORS LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 462960, registered office: 12 Ariadnis Street, Aqua Park Resort, Building B, Flat/Office B02, Mouttagiaka, 4531 Limassol, Cyprus. Game4i and Game4Investors are our trade names.

GAME4INVESTORS LTD is not registered for VAT in Cyprus.

2. What you buy

A ticket is a seat for one person at one in-person game evening, on the date, at the time and at the venue shown on the event page. The event page also gives the language of the game, its length and the age limit. A ticket is not a gift card and cannot be exchanged for money, except as described in sections 6 and 7.

3. Prices

Prices are in euro, per seat. The price you see on the event page and on the booking form is the full price: nothing is added at checkout. Because we are not registered for VAT, no VAT is charged or shown. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.

4. Booking, payment and confirmation

• Choose the number of seats, enter your name and e-mail, accept these terms and go to payment.
• Payment is taken by Revolut on its own secure page: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay. We never see your card details.
• While you pay, your seats are held for about 30 minutes. If the payment is not completed in that time, the seats are released.
• The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We then send a confirmation to your e-mail with the booking number. You do not need a printed ticket: your name is on the guest list.
• If, despite our checks, there is no seat for you (for example, two guests paid for the last seat at the same moment), we will offer another date or refund the full amount.

5. No 14-day right of withdrawal

Under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Cypriot consumer rights law that implements it, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. A ticket to a game evening is such a service. This means you cannot cancel a paid booking just by changing your mind within 14 days. Instead, our own refund rules in section 6 apply.

6. If you cannot come

• Write to hello@game4i.com at least 48 hours before the start: we will refund the full price or move your booking to another date, whichever you prefer.
• Less than 48 hours before the start, or if you do not come: the price is not refunded.
• At any time before the start you may pass your seat to someone else aged 14 or over. Just send us their name by e-mail.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days of our agreement. How fast the money appears depends on your bank.

7. If we change or cancel the event

• If we cancel the event (for example, because of illness of the facilitator, a problem at the venue, too few guests or circumstances beyond our control), we tell you by e-mail as soon as we can and refund the full price within 14 days, or move you to another date if you prefer.
• If we move the event to another date or time, or to another venue, you can accept the change or get a full refund.
• Small changes that do not change the nature of the evening (for example, another facilitator of the same game, or another room at the same venue) do not give a right to a refund.
• We do not cover travel or other costs you may have incurred, except where the law requires it.

8. Age

Our evenings are for guests aged 14 and over. Guests aged 14 to 17 come with the permission of a parent or guardian. The booking and payment must be made by an adult (18+). We may ask for proof of age at the door.

9. At the event

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start. Once the game has begun we may not be able to seat late guests; in that case the price is not refunded.
• Treat other guests, the facilitator and the venue with respect. We may ask a guest who disrupts the game, behaves aggressively or is intoxicated to leave, without a refund.
• The rules of the venue apply. Please look after your own belongings.
• Tea is served during the game. If you have an allergy or a dietary restriction, tell us in advance in the comment field or by e-mail.

10. Photos and video

We may photograph the table and the game materials. We take recognisable photos or video of guests only with their permission, and publish them only with their consent. If you do not want to be photographed, tell the facilitator. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will remove the material from our channels.

11. Our games are not advice

Our games are educational and recreational. Despite the Game4Investors name, they are not investment, financial, tax, legal, psychological or medical advice, and they are not therapy. Any decision you make during or after a game is your own.

12. Liability

We are responsible for running the evening with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

13. Complaints and disputes

If something went wrong, write to hello@game4i.com. We will reply within 14 days and try to resolve it.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of Cyprus or of your country. You can also contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Cyprus Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry.

14. Changes and languages

We may update these terms; the version in force on the day you booked applies to your booking. The terms are available in English, Russian and Greek. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, unless the law requires otherwise.

15. Concerts and other events with seat selection

• You buy a ticket for a specific seat. The price of each seat depends on its zone and is shown on the hall plan before payment. Some seats of the hall may be sold by other ticket sellers; they are marked as not sold here.
• The seats you choose are held for 15 minutes while you pay. If the payment is not completed in that time, the seats are released. If your payment arrives after the hold has ended and a seat has been sold to someone else meanwhile, we will offer you another seat or refund that seat in full.
• After payment you receive one e-ticket with a barcode for each seat. Each code admits one person once: the first scan at the entrance counts. Do not share or publish your barcodes; we are not responsible for a code used by someone else before you.
• A promo code, if you have one, is entered before payment, one code per order. It cannot be exchanged for money and does not apply to tickets already bought.
• The age limit and any rules of the venue are shown on the event page and apply instead of section "Age". Children come with an adult, and every person, including a child, needs their own seat ticket unless the event page says otherwise.
• Cancellations and refunds follow sections 6 and 7. If the event is organised by a third party, the event page says so.

For events where you choose your seats on a hall plan (for example concerts), the following rules apply in addition to the sections above and, where they differ, instead of them.
